Venue: M1 and Hall 3


1. Briefing in Hall 3 before the audition.

2. Auditions will be done one at a time in M1. Those waiting for their turn will remain in Hall 3.

3. Order of auditions:
- Order for Musicians: Bass ➔ Electric Guitar ➔ Acoustic Guitar ➔ Keys ➔ Drums
- Order for Vocalists: Female ➔ Male

4. Audition format:
a. Interview (5 min)
-A short interview will be conducted
-Some questions will be asked regarding reason for joining team, CG attendance, serving in other ministries, time commitments, background in music/worship team, other areas etc.

b. Praise song (3 min)
(1 Verse ➔ Chorus ➔ Bridge/Instrumental ➔ Chorus ➔ End)
Choose 1 song from list below:

c. Worship song (4 min)

Choose 1 song from list below

d. Impromptu song (3 min)

Song will be chosen for you at your audition itself.


5. Feedback from audition panel and band members.

6. Follow-up details will be given at the end of the audition.



Notes:
a. The Projectgsus band will be playing together with those auditioning, both musicians (as a backup band) and vocals (for backup music).

b. Feel free to bring to your own instruments. But please ensure that there will be minimal fuss in setting it up, as audition time is limited.

c. Vocalists can choose the key to sing the song of their choice in. Notify the band before you begin audition. However, musicians auditioning will have to stick to the given key.

d. Results of audition will not be released on the day itself, but a follow-up mail/phone call/meeting will be arranged for every participant.

e. Some examples of key areas looked out for during auditions are: flexibility, rhythm, playing by ear, improvisation, pitch, dynamics, flexibility, breath control (vocals), clarity (vocals).
