In moving forward as a team, we are splitting our entire worship ministry into three core teams, codenamed A, B and C. The reason behind this is we want to establish a system where every member can learn to gel with a fixed band, and to improve his or her skill level. It is also arranged to make transport a whole lot easier. =) Teams will rotate turns to jam every Thursday, and also to play for ZCs, giving everyone an opportunity to use their talents for God!
There may be minor changes to the teams as time passes by, when new additions enter the ministry! We are looking for more people especially in certain areas where we have inadequate cover. So the team system will adjust as the enitre team changes.
